    Usually, I enjoy the classes very much. However, my last several experiences have been different. My new schedule allows me to take classes on Sundays as well as another day or two on occasion. While in Sunday morning classes with Wendy, the tone is different. It's very chatty and I learn more about people's goings ons than yoga. In particular, the teacher went on vacation to Colorado, her daughter graduated college and got engaged to an amazing guy, she went to a yoga conference and is a vegan. There is a certain degree of self exploration involved in yoga. All this chit chat interferes with that as well as the teacher's observation time and helpfulness during class.
