    Sorry for your kids temper tantrum but unless you wanted the staff run over to Toys R Us, (which is a 10-15 minute ride down Sunrise Hwy), what were they supposed to do? We've gone there many times also, and always had good service, clean store, attentive and helpful employees...politely answering any questions about when a particular item might arrive, and asking "do you want it gift wrapped ?" Yes, sometimes a particular toy was not available and my son had a tantrum also...but I didn't take it out on the employees, I took him home!
